Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, making specific note of the cancellation and no show policies which will be strictly enforced and apply to all activities.

General terms and conditions:

1.0 Booking terms

1.1 Pre-booking of all activities is advisable to ensure your preferred date and time.

1.2 No booking for any activity may be entered into the Booking System unless payment is made or a Bank Transfer or cheque is initiated.

1.3 Certain activities are restricted to specific times and days. Please check the main pages of the website or call 0845 200 2960 for more information.

1.4 If a booking confirmation is required please request one at the time of booking and provide a valid e-mail address to which it can be sent.

1.5 Please refer to section 4 for the cancellation policy. Please note no refunds are available for cancelled bookings. (With the exception of accommodation bookings which are subject to terms and conditions and a 5% charge)


2.0 Payment terms

2.1 All bookings must be paid for in full, in advance over the phone or in person, using a credit or debit card.

2.2 Bank Transfers and cheques may also be accepted providing bookings are more than 30 days in advance.

2.3 To qualify for a bulk tunnel time discount, payment must be made in one transaction.

2.4 If paying by Bank Transfer or cheque, allow a minimum of 10 days for funds to appear in the Bodyflight Limited or FlowHouse Ltd account.

2.5 Bank transfers can only be accepted for payments of over £150. Payments for amounts less than this must be made by credit or debit card unless otherwise agreed.

2.6 Failure to pay before the specified deadline will result in the booking being removed from the Booking System.

2.7 If paying by Bank Transfer, any additional bank charges must be paid for by the customer.


2.8 If there is the ability to include a reference on the Bank Transfer please use your booking reference number.


3.0 Redeeming gift vouchers

3.1 If you are using a voucher, please bring this with you, it is proof of your payment and your eligibility to take part in the activity.

3.2 If you do not bring your voucher you will not be able to take part in any activity unless another purchase is made.

3.3 Any lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced free of charge.

3.4 Once purchased gift vouchers are non refundable.

3.5 All vouchers expire 12 months after purchase date.

3.6 Lost or stolen vouchers can be replaced for an £8 charge provided this is before the expiry date.

3.7 Vouchers from external suppliers such as Acorne, Lastminute.com and Virgin Experience days all have their own terms and conditions which may vary from Bodyflight and FlowHouse’s own policies. Please check with your voucher supplier.

 
4.0 Cancellations and no show policy

4.1 No-shows and latecomers will be considered as cancellations.

4.2 Bodyflight Ltd, Vertigo Sports Ltd and FlowHouse Bedford Ltd are unable to offer any refunds for missed or cancelled bookings, regardless of how much notice is given of the cancellation.

4.3 If enough notice is given of a cancellation then the booking may be moved to a later date.

4.4 All cancellations must be made by telephone or in person and a cancellation reference number issued. Cancellations will not be taken any other way.

4.4.1 When cancelling a booking a cancellation reference number will be issued. This number must be stored by the customer as in the event of a discrepancy all bookings will stand unless a cancellation reference number can be quoted.

4.5 For bookings of flight time of under 60 minutes, when booked within our normal opening hours, the following cancellation policy applies:

4.5.1 With less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount and will not be able to reschedule.

4.5.2 With more than 24 hours notice you can reschedule your booking or hold it as a 'credit' with Bodyflight.

4.6 For bookings of flight time of 60 minutes or more, when booked within our normal opening hours, the following cancellation policy applies:

4.6.1 To cancel or reschedule bookings totalling 60 minutes or more of tunnel time, a notice period of three days per hours booking is required. (So for example to cancel two hours 6 days notice must be given)

4.6.2 Bulk time can be returned to an account for future use if the above rules are adhered to.

5.0 Arrival times

5.1 If it is your first time participating in any one of the activities on offer you must arrive at least one hour before your activity start time for your briefing.

5.2 If you miss your pre-activity briefing you will be unable to take part and will not be reimbursed or offered an alternative activity.

5.3 On arrival all new visitors to the site will be required to complete a waiver form. These can be viewed here.


6.0 Under 18’s


6.1 Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult who will be asked to read and sign the Acceptance of Risk form on their behalf.

6.2 There should be at least one adult for every four under 18's attending.

6.3 Participants for all activities should be over the age of 7. However, a parent/guardian’s discretion is advised as to the suitability of their child for the activity.

6.4 Accompanying adults are responsible for their wards at all times whilst on site.


7.0 DVD & Photo purchases

7.1 The provision of DVD's (Video footage) and photos are considered a separate service to the activities on offer.

7.2 In the event of video footage or photos being unavailable no rescheduling or reimbursement of any activity is possible.

7.3 When a photo print is purchased a free e-mail of the photo may also be sent to the customer. In the case of the e-mail not being received no reimbursement or alternative will be offered.


8.0 Bodyflight Indoor Skydiving – terms and conditions

8.0 All flyers must read the ‘Are you fit to fly’ information sheet before they fly.

8.1 All flyers must sign a waiver form before they fly, stating that they are both fit to fly and that they have read the ‘Are you fit to fly’ information sheet. In the case of under 18’s a parent or guardian must read and sign this on their behalf.

8.2 New customers who are travelling to Bodyflight with a coach or skydiving team who has booked the tunnel time on their behalf, should make themselves known to a staff member on arrival so that they can receive a safety briefing before their first flight.


8.3 The Bulk Time Discount Scheme

8.3.1 Bodyflight Bedford rewards customers who pre-pay for their tunnel time in blocks of 30 minutes or more. Blocks of time of 30 minutes or more is considered Bulk Time.

8.3.2 The Bulk Time Discount Scheme applies under certain circumstances. One hour of tunnel time costs £690. The more hours purchased in one transaction, the cheaper the hourly rate.

8.3.3 The hourly rate is determined by the number of hours purchased in one transaction.

8.3.4 One hour costs £690. The hourly rate reduces by £10 per hour, up to 15 hours.


8.4 Booking Bulk Time
8.4.1 All Bulk Time does not have to be booked/scheduled upon purchase.

8.4.2 Unused tunnel time may be kept on a ‘Bulk account’ for you to use at a later date.

8.4.3 Bulk Time must be booked in blocks of 30 minutes or more.

8.4.4 Bulk accounts will usually be named after the individual, team or organisation who has purchased the time.

8.4.5 Up to three named users can be added to the account in addition to the account holder who are then authorised to make bookings from that account.

8.4.6 A named user from the bulk account must be present every time it is used.


8.5 Eligibility to Fly Bulk Time

8.5.1 Bulk Time is intended for use by experienced flyers only, however, up to four beginners per hour of Bulk Time may use this flight time.

8.5.2 It is highly recommended that beginners purchase Lessons.


8.6 High Power charges
8.6.1 There is no longer any additional fee for the use of High power.


8.7 Rotations
8.7.1 Bodyflight is unable to guarantee rotations under any circumstances.

8.7.2 Bodyflight accepts no responsibility for tunnel time booked that has no rotations, and will not
reschedule or refund tunnel time outside of its usual cancellation procedures. (See section 4.0 for cancellation policy.)


9.0 FlowHouse Bedford – terms and conditions
 

9.1 All participants must read the ‘Are you fit to take part’ information sheet before they ride.

9.2 All participants must sign a waiver form before they take part, stating that they are both fit to Flow Ride and that they have read the ‘are you fit to take part’ information sheet. In the case of under 18’s a parent or guardian must read and sign this on their behalf.

9.3 The minimum age for participants is 7 years old. In addition to this a minimum height restriction of 42 inches (107cm) applies to body boarders and 52 inches (132cm) to stand up riders. (Flowboarders)


9.3 FlowHouse membership terms and conditions:

9.3.1 All members must have first completed a first time rider session including safety briefing to ensure safety standards.

9.3.2 All memberships are subject to a 12 month contract.

9.3.3 Any ‘bookable’ session falls under the standard terms & conditions and requires 24hours notice to be changed once booked.

9.3.4 Any ‘walk up’ session can only be taken once onsite and no more than 30minutes before the session starts.

9.3.5 ‘Walk up’ riders will be able to take places on a session on a first come first serve basis until the maximum number of riders is reached.

9.3.6  ‘Walk up’ sessions can only be used when an open session will already be running; the ride will not be turned on for ‘Walk up’ member sessions.
 
9.3.7 The membership terms and conditions are subject to change but members shall be informed of these changes.

9.3.8 Any members bookable sessions not used, cannot be carried forward into the following month and are lost.

9.3.9 You must sign in at least 30 minutes before the start of a session. Failure to do so may result in your session being lost and your place being taken by another rider.

9.3.10 The minimum number required for a session to run is 4 (not including ‘walk up’ customers).  When this minimum number is not met then the session may not run.


10. Vertigo Sports (Including Swoop) – terms and conditions

10.1   Vertigo jumps can take place in all weather except electrical storms, very high winds or very heavy rain. Only Bodyflight will make the decision not to run a Vertigo session due to the weather so please contact Bodyflight for advice if you suspect your jump may be postponed.

10.2   In the event of poor weather preventing a jump customers will be issued with a gift voucher for their jump valid for 12 months. It is then up to the customer to re-book within this time period.

10.3   24 hours notice must be given for Vertigo cancellations. In these cases jumps will be re-scheduled to another date. Vertigo jumps are non-refundable.

10.4 All participants must read the ‘Are you fit to take part’ information sheet before they jump.

10.5 All participants must sign a waiver form before they take part, stating that they are both fit to take part and that they have read the ‘Are you fit to take part’ information sheet. In the case of under 18’s a parent or guardian must read and sign this on their behalf.


11.0 Accommodation – terms and conditions

11.1 All rooms must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

11.2 To cancel a room booking one weeks’ notice must be given for single bed/room bookings and four weeks’ notice must be given for multiple bed/room bookings.

11.3 Providing the correct notice has been given refunds are available for accommodation bookings minus a 5% charge.

11.4 Bodyflight reserves the right to charge customers for any loss or damage in the accommodation.

12. Leisure centre

12.1 The gymnasium, hydrotherapy pool and spa are unsupervised and therefore used entirely at your own risk.
 
12.2 Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
12.3 Bodyflight Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to the leisure centre.
 
12.4 If maximum occupancy is reached then Bodyflight ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to the leisure centre until some users leave the facility.
 
12.5 Full payment must be made before using the facilities.
 
12.6 Membership terms:
 
12.6.1 Weekly and monthly passes are available to buy at reception.
 
12.6.2 Ongoing monthly membership (I.E more than one month) must be paid by direct debit.
 
12.6.3 Direct debits will continue to be taken every month unless Bodyflight Ltd is notified in writing of a cancelation.
