Terms & Conditions
Section A: General Bookings Terms & Conditions

1.0 Booking
1.1 Pre-booking is advisable to ensure your preferred date and time.
 
1.2 No booking may be entered into the Booking System unless payment is made or a Bank Transfer or cheque is initiated.
 
1.3 Bodyflight Bedford cannot guarantee any rotations, regardless of the length of session; although all efforts will be made to accommodate any requested rotations.
 
 
2.0 Payment
2.1 All bookings must be paid for in full, in advance over the phone or in person, using a credit or debit card.
 
2.2 Bank Transfers and cheques may also be accepted providing bookings are more than 30 days in advance.
 
2.3 To qualify for a bulk time discount, payment must be made in one transaction.
 
2.4 If paying by Bank Transfer or cheque, allow a minimum of 10 days for funds to appear in the Bodyflight Limited account.
 
2.5 Failure to pay before the specified deadline will result in the booking being removed from the Bookings System.
 
2.6 If paying by Bank Transfer, any additional bank charges must be paid for by the customer.
 
2.6 If there is the ability to include a reference on the Bank Transfer please use your booking reference number.
 
 
3.0 Arrival Times
3.1 If it is your first visit, please make sure that you arrive at least 1 hour before your flight time.
 
3.2 If you miss your pre-flight briefing you will be unable to fly and will not be reimbursed or offered an alternative flight.
 
 
4.0 Redeeming Vouchers
4.1 If you are using a voucher, please bring this with you, it is proof of your payment and your eligibility to fly.
 
4.2 If you do not bring your voucher you will not be able to fly unless another purchase is made.
 
4.3 Any lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced free of charge.
 
4.4 Once purchased gift vouchers are non refundable.
 
4.5 All vouchers expire 12 months after purchase date.
 
4.6 Lost or stolen vouchers can be replaced for an £8 charge provided this is before the expiry date.
 
4.7 Vouchers from external suppliers such as Acorne, Lastminute.com and Virgin Experience days all have their own terms and conditions which may vary from Bodyflight's policies. Please check with your voucher supplier. 
 

5.0 Under 18s
5.1 Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult who will be asked to read and sign the Acceptance of Risk form on their behalf.

5.2 There should be at least one adult for every four under 18's attending.
 
 
6.0 General Cancellation & No-Show Policy
6.1 No-shows will be considered as cancellations.
 
6.2 Bodyflight is unable to offer any refunds.
 
6.3 For bookings of flight time of under 60 minutes, when booked within our normal opening hours, the following cancellation policy applies:
 
 6.3.1 With less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount and will not be able to reschedule.
 
 6.3.2 With more than 24 hours notice you can reschedule your booking or hold it as a 'credit' with Bodyflight.
 
 6.3.3 All cancelations must be made by telephone or in person and a reference number issued. Cancelations will not be taken any other way.
 
6.4 For bookings of flight time of 60 minutes or more, when booked within our normal opening hours, the following cancellation policy applies:
 
 6.4.1 To cancel or reschedule bookings totalling 60 minutes or more of tunnel time, a notice period of three days per hours booking is required.
 
 6.4.2  Bulk time can be returned to an account for future use if the above rules are adhered to.
 
 6.4.3 All cancelations must be made by telephone or in person and a reference number issued. Cancelations will not be taken any other way.
 
 6.4.4 When cancelling a booking a cancelation reference number will be issued. This number must be stored by the customer as in the event of a discrepancy all bookings will stand unless a cancelation reference number can be quoted. 
 
6.5 For bookings of flight time of 60 minutes or more, when booked outside our normal opening hours or at a discounted rate no cancelation is possible.
 
6.6 Vouchers from external suppliers such as Acorne, Lastminute.com and Virgin Experience days all have their own cancelation policy and  terms and conditions which may vary from Bodyflight's policies. Please check with your voucher supplier. 
 
 

7.0 Fit to fly waiver forms
7.1 All new flyers at bodyflight will be asked to sign a fit to fly waiver form. You can view this form by Clicking here.
 

8.0 DVD and Photo purchases
8.1 The provision of DVD's (Video footage) and photos are considered a separate service to tunnel time and Vertigo.
 
8.1.1 In the event of video footage or photos being unavailable no rescheduling or reimbursement of tunnel time is possible.


9.0 Accommodation booking
9.1 All rooms must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

9.2 To cancel a room booking one weeks’ notice must be given for single bed/ room bookings and four weeks’ notice must be given for multiple bed/ room bookings.

9.3 Providing the correct notice has been given refunds are available for accommodation bookings minus a 5% charge.

9.4 Bodyflight reserves the right to charge customers for any loss or damage in the accommodation.

Section B: Bulk Time Terms & Conditions

1.0 The Bulk Time Discount Scheme
1.1 Bodyflight Bedford rewards customers who pre-pay for their tunnel time in blocks of 30 minutes or more. Blocks of time of 30 minutes or more is considered Bulk Time. The Bulk Time Discount Scheme applies under certain circumstances. One hour of tunnel time costs £690. The more hours purchased in one transaction, the cheaper the hourly rate.
 
1.2 The hourly rate is determined by the number of hours purchased in one transaction
 
 
2.0 Bulk Time Price Structure
2.1 One hour costs £690. The hourly rate reduces by £10 per hour, up to 15 hours.
 
 
3.0 Booking Bulk Time
3.1 All Bulk Time does not have to be booked/scheduled upon purchase.
 
3.2 Unused tunnel time may be kept on file by the Office for you to use at a later date.
 
3.3 Bulk Time must be booked in blocks of 30 minutes or more.
 
3.4 Bulk Time can only be booked by the person who purchased the time although other people may be nominated by the purchaser who may also book the Bulk Time.
 
3.5 The individual who has purchased the Bulk Time must be present every time it is used.
 
 
4.0 Eligibility to Fly Bulk Time
4.1 Bulk Time is intended for use by experienced flyers only, however, up to four beginners per hour of Bulk Time may use this flight time.
 
4.2 It is highly recommended that beginners purchase Lessons.
 
 
5.0 High Power charges
5.1 There is no longer any additonal fee for the use of High power.
 
Bodyflight Vertigo
1.0   Bookings for Bodyflight Vertigo (hereafter referred to as ‘Vertigo’) must be made in advance.
 
1.1   All Vertigo bookings must be paid for at the time of booking.
 
 
 2.0   Cancelations and postponements.
 2.1   Vertigo jumps are non refundable.
 
 2.2   Vertigo jumps can take place in all weather except electrical storms, very high winds or very heavy rain. Only Bodyflight will make the decision not to run a Vertigo session due to the weather so please contact Bodyflight for advice if you suspect your jump may be postponed.
 
 2.3   In the event of poor weather preventing a jump customers will be issued with a gift voucher for their jump valid for 12 months. It is then up to the customer to re-book within this time period.
 
 2.4   24 hours notice must be given for Vertigo cancelations. In these cases jumps will be re-scheduled to another date. Vertigo jumps are non-refundable.
