The Bodyflight leisure centre is available for everyone to use. Whether you are staying on site in our accommodation, just visiting for the day, or if you live in the local area; the gymnasium, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and solarium are all available for use.
Uniquely, the Bodyflight leisure centre will not require users to sign up to an annual membership or pay a sign up fee, but instead offers pay as you go and monthly membership options.
At just over 114 metres2 the Bodyflight gym is small enough to allow patrons to enjoy a private work out, but large enough to offer a range of the newest cardio vascular equipment and strength building free weights.
Membership is now available from as little as £29! Please call 0845 200 2960 for more information.
The Gym
The Bodyflight gym is available for use now. It includes a range of equipment including:
• Cross trainers
• Rowing machines
• Exercise bikes
• Treadmills
• Free weights
• Exercise mats and fitness balls
The Pool

Come and relax in Bodyflight's new luxury hydrotherapy pool. The state of the art facility features a 16m swimming pool, complete with counter current swim jets which create a current that users can swim against. The pool also encompasses a spa complete with jacuzzi, bubble seats, sauna and steam room.
The pool and gymnasium are both open from 08:30 to 22:00 seven days a week. Users will need to supply their own swim wear. Towels are available to hire from reception for a small charge.
Sauna & Steam Room

The sauna and steam room are hot treatments designed to open and clear pores and help the body purge toxins through sweat. The sauna encourages your skin to sweat, helping your body expel toxins and improving your overall health whilst the steam room can help clear your skin of impurities and improve circulation, not to mention it’s very relaxing!
New users should not use the sauna or steam room for more than 15 minutes at a time. You should try to build up your tolerance slowly, adding a couple of minutes on each visit. Please remember, heat rises and so the higher benches in the sauna will feel warmer than the lower benches.
Swimming Lessons
Swimming lessons take part in the pool Monday – Thursday afternoons and Monday – Wednesday mornings but only in small groups.
The pool is still open to the public and members during these times although it may be slightly busier.
